The personal information collected from buyers is kept confidential by Tits Up, which undertakes not to communicate them to a third party.
Prices
Prices indicated are in euros and do not include shipping costs.
They are guaranteed for the online period and within the limit of available stocks.
Terms of delivery
The products on www.titsup.co are delivered worldwide.
The products are delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.
There are two modes of delivery:
- Tracking letter to France only: within 3 to 5 working days (indicative time)
- International priority letter for all other destinations: 5 to 8 days for the majority of European destinations (indicative time) and 5 to 10 days for countries outside Europe.
If your order contains items indicated as PRE-ORDERED, please refer to the estimated delivery date indicated on the product sheet(s) of the products concerned.
The delivery time corresponds to an approximate time, including the delivery time indicated by the carrier, to which the order processing time must be added.
We will endeavor to respect them when you place your order. They will be indicated again in the email summarizing your purchase. TitsUp reserves the right to choose the packaging as well as the shipping method according to the size and the number of products.
The site www.titsup.co is not responsible for delays, and will not be subject to compensation for damages.

The tracking number can take 24 hours and can be consulted on the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 60 days.
Your tracking number will be indicated in the email when your order is shipped.
The TitsUp products being handmade, the time of order preparation can vary from 3 to 4 day(s) depending on the volume of orders.
Refund conditions
In case of return within the period of withdrawal or non-compliant product, the period is 14 days from the date of receipt, we must first inform us by email of your return to bonjour@titsup.co with the subject of the email "REFUNDS" indicating your name, order number and item (s) concerned to validate your return. Shipping costs for the return are not covered.
The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (undamaged) by the customer.
Upon receipt of your return within the withdrawal period, TitsUp commits to refund your items within a maximum of 8 days.

For your protection, TitsUp advises you to use a registered delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
Please write your name and order number on a piece of paper in order to process your return as soon as possible.
Purchases made during promotions will not be exchanged or refunded.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel up to 1 hour after your order. After this time no cancellation can be made.
Terms of payment
Our payment gateway is managed by the platform Stripe company for payment by internet for individuals and professionals and Paypal.
Upon receipt of payment, your order will be processed, after this period if no payment is received your order will be canceled.
An e-mail will be sent to you by the payment platform to confirm the payment.
RESPONSIBILITY
The company TITSUP cannot be held responsible for events preventing the proper execution of the contract and which would be attributable to the customer, to a third party to the contract or to a case of force majeure.
Moreover, the information contained in the site may contain technical inaccuracies or translation or typographical errors and www.titsup.co cannot be held responsible for them. The company TITSUP is not responsible for the use of other sites to which customers can access via links on www.titsup.co.
If a condition proves to be illegal or is considered null and void, it will not invalidate the other conditions.
